1. Who We Are
Corvex is an independent AI synthesis and verification platform operating at theaicorvex.com. We are not affiliated with any AI company listed in our directory. This privacy policy applies to all information collected through our website and services.
2. What We Collect
We collect minimal data and only what is necessary to operate the service.
- Account registration — email address and password (hashed, never stored in plain text)
- Tool submissions — name, URL, category, description, free tier details, pricing
- Newsletter signup — email address only
- Basic usage analytics through Google Analytics
- Standard server logs including IP addresses and pages accessed
- Arena usage — number of runs per day (tied to your account, not sold)
3. What We Do NOT Collect
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties — ever
- We do not build advertising profiles on users
- We do not track you across other websites
- We do not store payment information — handled entirely by Stripe
- We do not permanently store your AI prompts tied to your identity
- We do not use your prompts to train AI models
4. How We Use Your Information
- Account data is used to authenticate you and track your usage tier
- Arena usage data enforces free tier limits and Pro tier benefits
- Newsletter email is used only to send the weekly AI intelligence report
- Analytics data helps us improve the product and understand traffic
- Server logs are used for security monitoring and debugging
5. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use Corvex. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We do not enable advertising features, remarketing, or interest-based targeting.
6. AI Models & Your Prompts
When you use the Arena or Intelligence Chat, your prompts are sent to third-party AI APIs including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Meta, Mistral, DeepSeek, and Perplexity. Each provider's own privacy policy applies to how they handle API requests.
Intelligence Chat stores your conversation history on our servers linked to your account. This enables persistent chat threads across sessions. You can delete any thread at any time. We do not use your conversation data to train AI models or share it with third parties beyond the API providers processing your requests.
The Accuracy Index logs anonymized conflict and winner data per run — never the prompt text itself. Standard Command AI messages in Intelligence Chat are not logged to the Accuracy Index.
7. Stripe & Payments
Payment processing for Pro and Business subscriptions is handled entirely by Stripe. Corvex never sees or stores your card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data. We receive only a subscription status confirmation from Stripe.
8. Cookies & Sessions
- Session cookies to keep you logged in — expires in 30 days
- Google Analytics cookies for anonymous usage tracking
- No advertising cookies
- No cross-site tracking cookies
9. Data Retention
Account data is retained until you delete your account. Session data expires automatically after 30 days. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Anonymized Accuracy Index data is retained indefinitely as aggregate statistics.
Intelligence Chat conversation threads are retained until you delete them or delete your account. Guest (non-logged-in) conversation data is retained for 30 days then automatically purged.
10. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at theaicorvexsupport@gmail.com. EU users have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing.
11. Children's Privacy
Corvex is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have done so inadvertently please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new date at the top of this page. Continued use of Corvex after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
