1. About Corvex
Corvex is an independent AI synthesis and verification platform that helps users run prompts across multiple AI models simultaneously, compare AI tools, and access curated AI resources. We are not affiliated with any AI company whose models appear in our Arena. Our directory contains information about third-party AI tools and services — we do not own, operate, or control any of the tools listed.
Corvex operates as a transformative aggregator, not a wrapper. Every response is clearly attributed to its source model. Corvex synthesizes and verifies, it does not impersonate any AI company.
2. Use of the Service
You may use Corvex for lawful purposes only. By using this site you agree that you will not:
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its related systems
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent tool listings
- Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from Corvex without permission
- Post content that is defamatory, abusive, or violates any third party rights
- Attempt to manipulate ratings through fake accounts or coordinated activity
- Abuse the free tier limits through account farming or automated requests
3. Tool Listings and Information
Corvex makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of tool listings. However we cannot guarantee all information is current at all times. AI tool pricing and features change frequently. Always verify directly with the tool provider before making purchasing decisions.
Tool listings may include affiliate links. Where we earn a commission this will be disclosed. Affiliate relationships do not influence tool rankings, Arena results, or editorial decisions. Our Neutrality Charter on the About page governs these commitments publicly.
4. User Submitted Content
By submitting content you grant Corvex a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content on our platform. You are responsible for ensuring submitted content is accurate and does not violate third party rights.
Reviews are only removed if they violate our content guidelines — such as being demonstrably false or defamatory. We do not remove negative reviews because a company requests it.
5. AI Output Disclaimer
Corvex uses third-party AI APIs including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Meta, Mistral, DeepSeek, and Perplexity to power the Arena and Intelligence Chat features. AI-generated responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Always verify important information from authoritative sources before acting on AI output.
Corvex is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content. The confidence scores and conflict detection features are designed to help you assess reliability but do not guarantee accuracy. Perplexity-powered web verification reduces but does not eliminate the risk of incorrect information.
The Intelligence Chat feature uses Command AI (powered by Claude) for standard responses and multi-model synthesis for verified responses. Confidence scores are algorithmically generated estimates and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
6. Accounts, Subscriptions and Usage
Free accounts are subject to daily usage limits (currently 5 synthesis runs per day across Arena and Intelligence Chat). Standard Command AI chat messages in Intelligence Chat are unlimited for all tiers. Pro and Business accounts are subject to the terms of the applicable subscription and the limits described on the pricing page.
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time and your account will revert to the free tier at the end of the billing period. Founding member pricing is locked for life provided the subscription remains active.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are used for abusive or fraudulent purposes.
7. Third Party Models
The Arena uses AI models operated by third parties. By using the Arena you also agree to comply with the acceptable use policies of those providers. Corvex is not responsible for third-party model availability, output quality, or policy changes by those providers.
Model availability may change. If a model becomes unavailable Corvex will route to available alternatives and notify users where possible.
8. Intellectual Property
The Corvex name, logo, and original content on this site are the intellectual property of Corvex. Tool names, logos, and trademarks mentioned in our directory are the property of their respective owners. AI model names (Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini, etc.) are trademarks of their respective companies.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not use Corvex to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or that violates the acceptable use policies of the underlying AI providers. This includes but is not limited to: generating malware, creating content that sexualizes minors, producing targeted harassment, or attempting to circumvent AI safety measures.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Corvex is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or complete.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corvex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on AI-generated content.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new date at the top of this page. Continued use of Corvex after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
14. Intelligence Chat & Conversation Data
The Intelligence Chat feature stores conversation threads and messages on our servers to enable persistent chat history. This data is associated with your account if you are logged in, or with your session if you are not. You may delete any conversation thread at any time from within the interface.
Conversation history is used solely to provide context for your ongoing conversations and is never used to train AI models or shared with third parties. Prompts submitted through Intelligence Chat are processed by Anthropic's Claude API and subject to Anthropic's usage policies.
We reserve the right to remove conversation data that violates our prohibited use policy. Conversation data for free (guest) users is retained for 30 days; logged-in users retain data until deletion.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Corvex will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Hampshire, United States.
